Fisher Lane Mobility recently partnered with Permobil to host an exciting workshop called 'Power in the Park' at Studley Park Boathouse in Kew on Thursday, November 17th. This event showcased the differences in driving various power wheelchair configurations across different terrains. Occupational therapy clinicians from all over the area had the chance to try out and experiment with new mobility equipment that they may not have had the opportunity to otherwise. This allowed them to make better recommendations to their clients, ultimately leading to better outcomes and improved quality of life. Despite the uncertain weather, we were fortunate enough to enjoy the great outdoors and converse with therapists in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. The feedback we received was invaluable, and we gained new insights and ideas that will help us continue to provide the best possible service to our clients. We want to thank Anton and Stewart from Permobil for co-hosting the event and providing their time and expertise to make the workshop a success. We are grateful for their dedication and commitment to making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. Jack Lee, Fisher Lane's Complex Equipment Representative, also played a significant role in the event. We are incredibly proud of his contribution to making Power in the Park a huge success. We want to thank everyone who took the time out of their busy schedules to attend this event. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with clinicians, learn from each other, and continue to work together towards a shared goal of improving the lives of people with disabilities. Fisher Lane Mobility is committed to providing innovative mobility solutions and excellent customer service. We will continue to work with partners like Permobil to bring new and exciting opportunities to the community and help transform the lives of people with disabilities.
