The Equagel Protector is a multi-purpose pressure cushion for those with moderate to high pressure relief needs who are still able to shift their own weight. The columns of the cushion buckle and pass excessive weight to surrounding walls to equalise and thereby minimise pressure. This two-layered cushion features 2 ½" (65mm) tall EquaGel in two stages. The 1" (25mm) top layer is thin wall gel and a tight grid for a comfort layer. The 1 ½" (40mm) bottom layer is thicker wall gel and a wide grid for deep posture support.
