This is a weighted, high quality metal spinner fidget.  Smooth to spin, slight whir sound & as you move it you can feel a very satisfying 'drag' of the spinners weight.  These have a hidden super power. You can remove the arms of the wheel to change the weight distribution for different sensations when in use.   When you remove one (or more) of the arms and spin it - it becomes counter balanced and provides a distinct 'shudder' to the hand/arm.  Many find this great for regulation.
